Tegal people have their own tea

Tegal Tea (better known as the tea poci; also Slawi tea) is the typical tea Tegal, Indonesia. This special tea aroma and taste quite sepet. This meal is served drinks with sugar and more fitting stone drunk while still warm, slightly hot.

Culture poci tea or moci has become a tradition for Tegal, is due to the growth of the tea factories in Tegal in 1930-an who was evoke tradition. Tea into incentive since the colonial era up to now and has become the local culture.

Kabupaten Tegal indeed have a lot of tea plantations and industries, both large and small, among others, PT. Gunung Slamet whose products include Cap Poci Tea, Tea Bottle Cap, Cap Berko Tea, Tea "Trumpet", Tea "Brand Shoes", Tea "Sosro" and also the supplier of raw materials for the PT. Recognize closer of "tea"

For me, tea is introduced by the rural communities of practice is always to provide the family on the table, each event, the morning / afternoon / night, or at each visit. I do not know the factors, the community where I live, is like drinking tea. Is this related to the geographic or may be a culture?

Following the history, Chinese have been drinking tea for 5,000 years. Origin in the first tea is still a legend. The most famous legend is the story of the Emperor Shen Nung (pronounced 'Shay-Nung'). By the discovery of tea has not placed exactly in history, namely in the year 2737 BC.During thousands of years, the Chinese drink tea for health and enjoyment. No one knows what causes they are interested in green and shiny leaves of Camellia sinensis, but the popular legends can give knowledge to us.

Legends of India with the discovery of tea monk Budhidharma. The cowl is very tired after the period of exile for 7 years. In the pains he chew some leaves that grow nearby, and with a refreshing back-off. India currently the largest tea producer in the world, but there is no historical record of tea in India before the ninth century teens. Experiment of Budhidharma chewing tea did not spread to the general public at the time.

Tea is not native of Japan, the mythology is not able to give an explanation of tea in Japan. Reality is less diverse: in the beginning of the ninth century, a monk from Japan who roam from home, called Dengyo Daishi bring tea seeds of plants from China.

According to the legend, Shen Nong examine the effect of healing perdu hundreds of plants that grow wild. Finally, he wrote that knowledge he has collected into a book "Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing". In the book indicated that the Shen Nong is a herbal tea and in accordance with the note in the history, initially only be drunk as tea by the Chinese herbal. At the beginning of Zhou Dynasty (1046-771 BC) began to enter the palace to the kingdom and establish a ritual drink tea.

Tang Dynasty is not only a triumph of the era of ancient China in the fields of economy, science, culture and social, but it is also the peak of China's tea culture. Oblige the emperor to the prefecture / autonomous authorities that the tea plantations have to provide a "tribute tea". Dedication / tribute must be submitted before the Cing Bing / Qing Ming (5 April), so the tea during the Cing Bing can be consumed by the family kingdom.

Inspired by the idea of harmony Khonghucu, Buddhis principle about the teachings , Taoism sincere about the relationship between man and the universe, Lu Yu found that drinking tea is a method of increasing spirituality. Cultural regeneration occurs during the last Qing dynasty (read: China, 1644-1922) through the pull-tearoom. The tradition of the bureaucrats, to entertain foreign guests with the tea, finally has an impact that drinking tea has spread throughout the world.

In the early seventh century traders from the bowels of the nation Dutch and Portuguese first introduced tea to Europe. Portuguese merchants to send ships to the ports of China, Macau, while Dutch traders took him from Indonesia to Europe

Batik Indonesia to trend

Since the year 2008, precisely since claims by batik Malaysia, batik again popular in Indonesia. This problem seems to be cultural motivation for the batik industry and to re-explore the cultural heritage of this nation. This trend as well as the beauty of batik to the people of Indonesia and other countries. From ancient batik batik trendy to riot in the capital, Jakarta. Here the children found many young parents to travel with the use of batik. Batik is identical with the formal clothes, can now be used in a variety of events.

In the mall-like shopping mall, in the café, to a pedestrian, who uses a lot of batik. Design batik shirt is also growing, not only rotate with the model-that is just. Now, batik models vary widely, ranging from batik to official formal event, to batik, batik, semi formal and casual. Materials used are diverse. There is also a batik, batik sablon up with. To sablon batik (stamp), clothing prices are usually cheaper rather than batik.

Batik business is also growing quickly. Can be spelled this business is the trend today. Many selling batik in Jakarta. Even in major business to the famous boutiques, batik already roasted peanut basin. Can be found batik seller-seller wherever.

Now to be able to follow this trend batik, some things which I can do, among others: the first is to select the material for batik is most suitable with us. Do not use until we batik if we are still beginners as batik users. Many rituals that we must do to treat these batik. If it is still only just to walk to campus and at the same time, choose the material that batik stamp or printing only. How to distinguish batik and batik printing or stamp is easy. Batik always had two faces, so when we put our pants or shirt, the outside and the inside always has the same color. Instead batik printing or cap, the inside does not always have a sharp color than the outside, because the inside is not in print or stamped.

Visit Indonesia

Have you visited to Indonesia? or Jakarta?
Indonesia is a country that is unique and interesting cultural and sociological issues. Many scientists, researchers and artists, who then lived in Indonesia because of various case. A region that is not enough just learned from reading it, magazines, books, media or information only. As the foreign media always give negative news about Indonesia, such as for example the issue of terror. Or news about politics and human rights that often occur in Indonesia. But it is o.k., every media can write anything about Indonesia, and I do not want to affect the view is an experience without the other unless you want to find out himself.

Basically Indonesia is a big country that consists of thousands of islands, hundreds of languages and dozens of tribes or ethnic. Indeed, many of which are not evenly island areas, especially in the eastern part of Indonesia. However, the wealth of nature has created a lot of European countries and attracted colonial era since the kingdom first. The long occupation by the Dutch is enough to affect the nation's colonial mentality until now. Moreover, the Netherlands is able to cover debt and debt-to build Amsterdam's incomes in Indonesia.

However, adequate attention is the nation of Indonesia forgiving and now known as the nation's fight for democracy on the level of the community. Unlike other countries, which is always said about human rights and democracy, but they also are not compliance. Currently, Indonesia is seen as the strength of new asia are still asleep. Nation of workers who have a workforce spread across the world. Nation's agricultural and marine tribe people have to deliver various parts of the world. Nations that are building communities to grow into a nation that is completely independent.

I hope you have a different challenge to come to Indonesia and that Indonesia does not know who made such as foreign media.

Children Street in Indonesia

Children in developing world countries such as Indonesia needs serious attention, especially on education issues. They not only become part of the victim of a beggar-metal people and encouraged parents to live outside the home to be with the children of workers. But also the victim of syndicate extort a street of sweat and work. A situation that trap children in the system and become a social phenomenon and long to come to the attention of social activists and the government of course.

If you pay a visit to Indonesia and roads in cities in Java, the street children is almost always found at all city streets and traffic light. They had integrates with the atmosphere of the city-urban city, a commodity of money to their families, neighborhoods, and civilians street. Iwan Fals the legendary musician ever describe how Indonesian children who struggle in the way of life with time and future.

While the other hand, luxury buildings, built, roads change Enable large rice fields, shopping malls-decorate every city but the fate of education the children are still left stranded.

Capitalism has been a real change human mentality to become rapacious and evil. How about your comment?

Indonesia

The Republic of Indonesia (pronounced /ˌɪndoʊˈniːziə/ or /ˌɪndəˈniːʒə/) (Indonesian: Republik Indonesia), is a transcontinental country in Southeast Asia and Oceania. Comprising 17,508 islands, it is the world's largest archipelagic state. With an estimated population of around 237 million people,[3] it is the world's fourth most populous country and the most populous Muslim-majority nation; however, no reference is made to Islam in the Indonesian constitution. Indonesia is a republic, with an elected legislature and president. The nation's capital city is Jakarta. The country shares land borders with Papua New Guinea, East Timor and Malaysia. Other neighboring countries include Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, and the Indian territory of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The Indonesian archipelago has been an important trade region since at least the seventh century, when the Srivijaya Kingdom traded with China and India. Local rulers gradually adopted Indian cultural, religious and political models from the early centuries CE, and Hindu and Buddhist kingdoms flourished. Indonesian history has been influenced by foreign powers drawn to its natural resources. Muslim traders brought Islam, and European powers fought one another to monopolize trade in the Spice Islands of Maluku during the Age of Discovery. Following three and a half centuries of Dutch colonialism, Indonesia secured its independence after World War II. Indonesia's history has since been turbulent, with challenges posed by natural disasters, corruption, separatism, a democratization process, and periods of rapid economic change.

Across its many islands, Indonesia consists of distinct ethnic, linguistic, and religious groups. The Javanese are the largest and most politically dominant ethnic group. As a unitary state and a nation, Indonesia has developed a shared identity defined by a national language, ethnic diversity, religious pluralism within a majority Muslim population, and a history of colonialism and rebellion against it. Indonesia's national motto, "Bhinneka tunggal ika" ("Unity in Diversity" literally, "many, yet one"), articulates the diversity that shapes the country. However, sectarian tensions and separatism have led to violent confrontations that have undermined political and economic stability. Despite its large population and densely populated regions, Indonesia has vast areas of wilderness that support the world's second highest level of biodiversity. The country is richly endowed with natural resources, yet poverty is a defining feature of contemporary Indonesia.
